A Collective Journey in Individual Directions

From May 23 to June 7, 2025, exhibition space KEL-30 at De Biotoop in Haren presents Go Your Own Way – a dynamic group exhibition that centers on process, experimentation, and personal artistic growth.

Go Your Own Way is not a curated exhibition in the traditional sense. The participating artists were not selected based on a shared theme or style, but came together through a common need for space, freedom, and exploration. The result is a vibrant collection of autonomous trajectories – artistic paths that intersect, diverge, and challenge one another.

Most of the artists work in De Biotoop and are joined by specially invited guests from outside. In the spacious 800 m² exhibition hall, they realize new projects, revisit long-term investigations, or pursue unexpected directions. What unites them is the urge to move forward on their own terms – and it is precisely in that independence that a compelling collective energy emerges.
